Reconnecting with Nature Through Movement: Mindful Walking & Stretching

Join ATX Yoga Girl, Cynthia Bernard, as she guides you through 3 weekly classes focused on the art of mindful movement and how this practice can help better tap into mother nature.
In this class students will explore the art of "mindful walking and stretching". Students will practice tuning into each step using the art of mindful movement as they enjoy a slow walk and guided stretching.
All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary. Adults only please.
These classes will take place on site. Space is limited and registration is required. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
A wellness class ticket includes admission for the participating adult only; additional guests wishing to visit the Center must purchase a general admission ticket.
