Step into the gourmet garden! Learn to grow, forage and prepare native edible plants. We’ll cover infusions, vegetables, fruits and pickles from plants that are drought tolerant, disease resistant and generally low-maintenance. Go home with a new sense of purpose in your garden and a bottle of chile pequin vinegar.
